This arachnid met me in my hallway on the way to bed. I'm 6'-3" and he's 2" and he's the one who charged at me! Needless to say I jumped back. I captured him in a cup and on 'film' then released him in the front yard. He's actually quite goofy looking. Not scary at all.....nope, not scary.

You are just like your Grandma. She caught and released spiders too. A few years ago I attempted to liberate a very large spider and when he beat me back into through the basement door three times, he died!
I love your pictures and am a little covetous of your talent.
